The Natural Products Expo East show returns to the Baltimore Convention Center on September 13-15, 2018, where over 1500 exhibitors will connect with buyers and customers and look for new products, trends and ideas in the USA's US$50 billion organic market.

According to the OTA's Organic Industry Survey in May 2018, organic sales in the US reached a new record of US$49.4 billion in 2017, up 6.4 percent from the previous year and reflected new sales of nearly $3.5 billion, with the organic food market hitting $45.2 billion in sales, a 6.4 percent increase.

The 33rd Natural Products Expo East is co-located with BIOFACH America All Things Organic and Harvest Festival. 

Not to miss are the 'Trends To Watch.' "Nine red-hot trends rising at Expo East represent how manufacturers are cultivating positive change in the world, from mitigating food waste to embracing healthy fats." 

Education sessions precede the show, from September 12-15. On Wednesday, September 12 is the Natural Products Business School; while the Natural Products Hemp & CBD Summit, with topics covering industrial hemp-derived, full-spectrum hemp oil, the hottest product in supplement aisles, and hemp for everything from clothes to food.

Thursday the 13th sees another busy education schedule, including The State of Natural: Disrupting for Good in 2018 and Beyond.

The Friday the 14th Keynote session is The Big Ideas in Organic, starting with a powerful keynote and discussion of the innovations that will drive the next decade of organic industry growth and influence."

In 2017, the 32nd Annual Natural Products Expo East hosted over 1,500 brands including 451 first-time exhibitors and more than 29,000 community members, where both large and small brands continue to launch innovative products that further missions centered on health, wellness, community building, and sustainability.

Consumers receive samples and the opportunity to taste and interact with them, and then rate products and provide targeted feedback. New Hope Network will then name six finalists (two per three categories of Food and Beverage; Personal Care and Natural Living Products; and Supplements. The single winner in each category will be awarded the NEXTY Consumer Choice Award at the event.
