The 8th North American edition of the Sustainable Foods Summit returns to San Francisco on 30-31st January. Organized by UK based Ecovia Intelligence (formerly known as Organic Monitor) the agenda during the two-day event is structured in four sessions with speakers covering sustainability developments, food ingredients, health impacts, and organic & eco-labels.

Expected presentations and discussions include conscious capitalism for sustainable development, measuring impacts of food and beverages, novel approaches to urban farming, advances in sustainable seafood, healthy food and beverage trends and developments in packaging materials.

The Sustainable Foods Summit provides a stage and opportunity to explore new horizons for eco-labels and sustainability in the food industry by discussing critical industry issues in a high-level forum. The North American edition will be hosted at the Nikko Hotel San Francisco.
