The U.S. West Coast’s largest specialty food and beverage trade show, the 40th Winter Fancy Food Show, returns to the Moscone Center, San Francisco from Sunday, January 11 to Tuesday, January 13, 2015.

Retailers and buyers can discover 80,000 on-trend and best-in-class products including cheese, coffee, snacks, spices, ethnic, natural, organic and more, while connecting with 1,300 exhibitors representing the latest in specialty foods and beverages from across the U.S. and 35 countries and regions.

In addition to its bustling exhibition halls, the Fancy Food Shows are host to the specialty food world’s leading networking and educational events.

Attendees can learn from industry thought leaders by attending the Educational Programs; meet one-on-one with exhibitors as part of the Key Buyer Program; stay up-to-date on the latest food trends and discover new business ideas at events, such as the annual sofi Awards, which honour the most outstanding specialty foods at the Fancy Food Show.

The Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco and Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City are the largest trade events devoted exclusively to specialty food in North America.

Operated by the Specialty Food Association, only members can exhibit at the shows, where retailers, restaurateurs, distributors and other key buyers from across the U.S. and around the world come to discover new, classic, and innovative specialty products. The shows attract every major food buying channel, top media, and other key industry affiliates.
